Please help!

When i start the game up it goes directly to a black screen and crashes. I've reinstalled the game, validated the integrity of game cache, forced the game to start in windowed mode, tried to find the folder for the game in local roaming, but the folder wasn't even there. Tried the other things listed common issues site, without success.

My specs:

Windows 7-64
AMD Phenom(tm) IIx4 955 Processor 3.21 GHz
8GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series

Please help, would like to know if I can run the game/ or what the problem is so I can possibly return it.

From what I can see, your specs do not meet the minimum requirements..
However, I could be wrong.
